This weekend, Dave was "hired" to build a swing set for Debbie's granddaughter. Just my luck, on Saturday, which was a gloriously sunny day, I forgot my camera.
This was our starting point on a dreary and wet Sunday.
Luckily with all of Dave's exercising and slimming down, he was able to fit through the window to continue the assembling.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh my monkey boy, who needs a ladder when you have Dave's balance and skill.
As the day progressed the sun tried to appear.... and here it was so bright and sunny as we heard the down pour coming.
Dave took refuge in the play house.

Completed in less than 15 hours, with just a little help from 3 gals, (Debbie, her daughter Amanda and I) 1 kid, (Hannah, for whom we were building the swing set for) 2 fellas (a family friend, Jeff and Craig.)
The directions estimated 20 hours with 2 skilled handymen.
