Sunsets on Lake Michigan

So I went crazy taking pictures during our Michigan Vacation, but I wanted my first post to be of the sunsets we saw on Lake Michigan on Thursday night at the cottage.

Inspired by Kenna

So our neighbor and friend Kenna has been amazing!!! We are trying new things and cooking fresh meals at home, more than ever!!!!

Here is Dave making his own "chicken Stir-fry"

Kenna is even teaching me how to make and can my own spaghetti sauce! Here are the first 2 pints.

We go to our Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings and get veggies and it is soooooo cool.

She has even helped me to cook rice, which Dave will tell you was a skill I did not posses!!!!

Puppy Seat

About a year ago Dave had the brilliant idea to get a dog bed for Jake....Like Jake would ever chose to be on a dog bed, instead of on Dave?!?!?

Then I (yep, me....you can even verify with Dave) thought we could use it for a car seat for Jake, since he is always slippin' and slidin' when Dave is behind the wheel.

Now he loves riding in the car even more!!!!

Swimmming

Last weekend, along with our neighbors and new friends Dave and Kenna, we wanted to go swimming.

Luckily Juan Miguel and Janelle wanted to go swimming also and invited us all to their community pool.

Greenville Drive Game

Last night, we had free tickets to
go to the Greenville Drive game.



At Flour Field in downtown Greenville

We had AWESOME seats right behind

home plate, although our ticket said row "C" we were in the 2nd row......

Our friends Nancie and Anthony joined us, since my job gave me 4 tickets.

Look at how cute we are.

Had I know the mascot was a frog, I may have been a fan sooner!!!

The first pitch....

Day turns into night, I am glad I had my OFF mosquito repellent fan on, or I would have spent all Sunday, scratching.

While I was finishing my PJ project, I went to an extra class, where I saw a girl using the same material I used for my pillow, to make a purse. I just had to take a pic and post!
